For Students:
o Arrive at the bus stop early and stand at least 10 feet away from the curb.
o Always cross in front of the bus where the driver can see you.
o Wait for the driver’s signal before boarding or crossing the street.
o Obey school bus stop-arm laws and never pass a stopped school bus.
o Reduce speed in school zones and near bus stops.
o Stay alert and watch for children walking or biking near bus routes.
