Parents, today students should be coming home with a blue form with a QR code for our annual parent climate survey. We would appreciate you taking just a few minutes to provide valuable feedback for our school. All students who have their parent surveys completed will receive an extra recess period at the end of the survey window.

Once submitted, it will not let you access again. The survey is anonymous, so we will only know that you submitted a survey, not what your answers were. Thank you for your valuable input!
